This policy covers the griggo.io website, operated by Griggo LLC in Colorado, United States. Each Griggo product (TruckTracker, TopLoader, Summit.GG, Image Play Lab, The Dailies) has its own privacy policy that describes what that product collects. If you use a product, its policy applies to that use, not this one.

As little as possible. This website doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t store anything in your browser, doesn’t run advertising, and doesn’t load analytics or tracking scripts from anyone. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so visiting this site doesn’t send requests to third parties.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like nearly every web host, Vercel processes standard technical information about each request (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps it for a limited time under its own policies. We don’t use that information to identify or profile visitors.

If you write to hello@griggo.io, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it to reply to you and to keep a normal record of our correspondence. Our email provider stores and delivers those messages on our behalf. Beyond that, we don’t sell or share your contact information, and we don’t add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for, except where the law requires us to disclose it.

We keep correspondence only as long as it’s useful for answering you and running the business. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the emails we have from you.

This site links to our products’ own sites and to app stores such as the App Store and Google Play. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn’t cover them.

Because this site doesn’t track you, there’s nothing to switch off: Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change anything here.

This site is meant for a general audience and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us, let us know and we’ll delete it.

If our practices change, this page will change with them, and the date at the top will show when.
